The reply includes 2–3 scheduling options for a 30-minute discovery call, a brief overview of what we'll cover, and any clarifying questions we have about your practice setup.
Is the strategy call a sales pitch? +
No. It's a working session. We'll look at your intake funnel, identify the top two or three revenue-leak points specific to your practice, and give you a clear picture of what an AI implementation would change operationally. If BHSAI is a fit, we'll say so. If it isn't, we'll say that too.
Do you work with practices in my state? +
BHSAI serves behavioral health practices in all 50 US states. Compliance requirements, insurance mandates, and telehealth regulations vary by state — we account for all of them during discovery and implementation configuration.
What information should I have ready for the call? +
It helps to have: your approximate monthly new-inquiry volume, the EHR or practice management system you use, the insurance panels you're credentialed with, and a rough sense of your current front-desk capacity. We'll walk through a structured intake-funnel assessment together.
How long does the discovery call take? +
30 minutes. We run structured sessions — you won't be on the phone for two hours. If the discovery reveals a strong fit and you want to go deeper, we schedule a separate scoping session.

What if my practice isn't ready for AI yet? +
That's one of the most common things we hear — and it's usually not true. "Not ready" typically means "I don't know where to start." The discovery call is specifically designed to answer that question. We'll tell you honestly whether your practice is at a stage where AI implementation adds value, or whether there's a simpler operational fix that should come first.
